21KM HALF-MARATHON TO THE SKYWAY
This year we raised the bar even higher by introducing our first half- marathon event to be held for the very first time on the Skyway! This was on Ton Concepcion’s “Wish List of Places to Run before You Die” and according to him it would not hurt to ask the Skyway if they would be open to it.
In consideration of the 15-year relationship between the Skyway and Contel, a company that Ton Concepcion is president of, the Skyway generously agreed to his wish. This is also part of the Skyway’s advocacy to promote a healthy lifestyle and a durable environment. Thank you to Skyway President Mr. Ramon M. Borromeo and Head of Operations Mr. Eduardo F. Nepomuceno for their support.
